2 Bad Body Paragraphs in document 10, "…barbarians have broken throughtheramparts. the Saracen [Moors] invasions havespread in successive waves overr the South. the Hungarians swarm over the Eastern provinces…they sackedtown and village, and laisd waste the field." this documentis talking about how Western Europein a state ofconstant warfare during this time period; towns andlivelihoods were destropyed and people murdered.

This relations to my thesis and it shows that it was dark.

4 Write a title: THE FUNCTIONS OF A TITLE First, it tell the reader what the essay is about Second, it catches the reader's interest; Makes you reader want to learn more about the topic Third, it reflects the tone or mood of the essay (Is my essay written in a funny way? Is it serious? Is it sad? Is it academic? Is it poetic?) Example: Death at Jamestown: The Difficult Conditions of the Early Colonies Clash of Cultures: When Europeans and Native Americans Met What’s For Dinner: Cannibalism in the Jamestown Colony Funny/shocking Serious or sad Academic/ poetic

5 What you need to get done today: 1. Copy and paste the sections of your essay into the Rough Draft section of OneNote  Introduction  Body  Rebuttal  Conclusion 2. FINISH ANY SECTION THAT YOU AREN’T DONE WITH!!! 3. Create a title for your essay 4. Go through and edit your rough draft! Editing tips in OneNote Content Library 5. Find someone who is done to peer edit your essay
