4 Introduction  We chose to examine the distribution of Nerd colors because we are nerds.  We needed 3 mini boxes of Nerds  There are 3 colors of Nerds within each of the boxes: green, red, and white.  The flavors are watermelon, cherry, and pineapple

5 Intro. (Continued)  We counted the number of each color of Nerds within each of the 3 boxes.  We then weighed each Nerd color within each box.  We believed that there was not any pattern; equal number of nerds for each color

12 Conclusion  We found that green was the most in weight  Red is the most in quantity  The white was the least in weight and quantity for each box  We tried to make a box plot and an XY graph but they weren’t effective because of the lack of data.

13 Conclusion (Cont.)  Quantity of nerds is a normal distribution: the percent of each color of nerds is about equal: Red=35.7%, Green=33%, White=31.3%Red=35.7%, Green=33%, White=31.3%  Weight of nerds is not equally distributed; green has the most weight and white the least.  We were astonished to find that there are about 160 nerds in one box (about a half ounce)  We love statistics. period.
