Discovering our core leadership qualities Reflect upon your League experience, think about what matters most to you. What do you stand for as a leader? Sit with a partner, and answer the following questions. Your partner will take notes and then share what she has learned about you with the group.

Questions for your partner: What gives you the most satisfaction in your coaching/League work? When do you feel good about your work? What are others able to do as a result of your leadership? What do you value most about yourself as a leader? Why do people respect you as a leader?

3 – 4 Core Leadership Qualities Attention listeners: What are the 3 – 4 core leadership qualities that your partner possesses? What are the “gifts” that she brings to League and to MLD? Write them on the present form.
