Squad Training Structure Lower School (LS). Mon – Thurs 3:15 – 4:00pm Upper School (US). Mon – Thurs 4:00 – 5:30pm US. Tues – Fri 6:30 – 7:30am (commencing soon) US Dry land training (Wed 30 min) Minimum two sessions per week
