2 INTRODUCTION Fiji is a small pacific Is. In Melanesia in the South Pacific Ocean and is 2000 km northeast of NZ`s North Is.

3 Weather The weather in Fiji is Usually hot and sunny. Sometimes it rains but it`s still sunny.

4 Animals Some of Fiji`s animals are Bats, crabs, fish and starfish. Fiji`s native Animal is the Monkey Faced bat.

5 Population The population for Fiji is 850,000. That’s a lot for a small country. There's Still more coming.

6 Food The food that Fiji eats are Fish, vegetables, fruit, dalo and kava. Their food Is mostly based from the Sea.

7 Traditional clothes The traditional clothes for men are lion cloths and for Women are grass skirts. Sometimes they put flowers behind their ears.

8 Environment Fiji`s environment is wild life and volcanic Is.. Hopefully they don`t erupt and ruin Fiji.

9 History & People Fiji`s history & people are Fijians, Indians and modern life.

10 Customs Two of Fiji`s customs are fire dancing and fishing sometimes. For the fire dancing they light their sticks on fire.

11 Transport The transport that Fijian people use are boats and Planes. Some of the boats have glass floors.

12 Sports Fiji`s sports that they play are soccer and rugby. They are also very good at sevens.

13 Art Fiji does a lot of art but their traditional arts are kava bowls, weaving mats, Weaving baskets and bark cloth. They use the kava bowls for drinking.

14 Language Some of the languages that Fiji use are Fijian and English.
