3. CTI (Career & Technical Institute Dutchess BOCES)  Online Course is called Career Development Course (CDC)  All instruction is done one-on-one for those students enrolled in CEIP/CO-OP and Shadowing Programs  Supported by Integrated English Instructors – CDOS standard 1

4. What is the CDC?  Simply… RESOURCES  Several Modules are used to support their work safety training  Several Modules are used for Career Development  Several are designed as resources for Teachers and Parents

Our STATS…  Our Senior Population is currently 300  128 Students are currently contracted on CO-OP, CEIP and Shadowing.  That’s approx. 42 % of the Senior Population that is out on Work Based Learning Programs  Those students who complete a two year program and meet all of the requirements get the CTE endorsement on their diplomas
