4. PUNK Punk fashion is the clothing, hairstyles, cosmetics, jewellery and body modifications of the punk subculture. Punk fashion varies widely, ranging from Vivienne Westwood designs to styles modeled on bands like The Exploited to the dressed-down look of North American hardcore.

5. The distinct social dress of other subcultures and art movements, including: glam rock, skinheads, rude boys, Greasers modshave influenced punk fashion. Punk fashion has likewise influenced the styles of these groups, as well as those of popular culture. Many punks use clothing as a way of making a statement.

6. METAL METAL The clothing associated with heavy metal has its roots in the biker, rocker, and leather subcultures. Popular accessories included large eyeglasses (Cazals), Kangol bucket hats, nameplates, name belts and multiple rings.

8. GOTHIC GOTHIC Gothic fashion is a clothing style marked by conspicuously dark, mysterious, antiquated and homogenous features. It is worn by members of the Goth subculture. A dark, sometimes morbid fashion and style of dress, typical gothic fashion includes a pale complexion with colored black hair, black lips and black clothes. Both male and female goths wear dark eyeliner and dark fingernail polish. Styles are often borrowed from the punk fashion, Victorians and Elizabethans. Goth fashion is sometimes confused with heavy metal fashion and emo fashion.
