4. There are several examples of the triplet roll within your drum book for this year. As shown on the right, there are several examples of the triplet roll and how it is utilized within your music. Regardless of what piece of music we are playing, the triplet roll will be played the same way in terms of rhythmic content. Dynamics, tempo, and texture will change over the course of each piece of music for our show, but the core structure of the triplet roll will stay the same.

7. Notice that both of these exercises are in different meter signatures. It is possible to have triplet rolls in all meter signatures!!!
