4. PSAT Strategies: Critical Reading Sentence Completions: As you read the sentence, try to predict what word goes in the blank. Reading Comprehension: Skim each passage to know what its about. Then tackle the questions that direct you straight into the answer in a specific line.

5. PSAT Strategies Writing Multiple Choice: For all the question types of multiple choice, think about the clearest, simplest way to express and idea. If an answer sounds overly complicated or awkward, chances are that its wrong.
