3 Template A template is a document type that creates a copy of itself when you open it There are template built in Microsoft Word or you can create your own Panayiotis Christodoulou

19 Smarttags You can save time by using smart tags to perform actions in Microsoft Word that you'd normally open other programs to do. File  Word Options  Proofing  AutoCorrect  Smarttags (Actions) Panayiotis Christodoulou

21 When Word recognizes types of data, it marks the data with a smart tag indicator, a purple dotted underline. To find out what actions you can take with a smart tag, move the insertion point over the underlined text until the Smart Tag Actions button appears. 23 Quick Parts The Quick Part Gallery is a gallery where you can create, store, and find reusable pieces of content, including AutoText, document properties such as title and author, and fields Insert tab  Quick Parts Panayiotis Christodoulou

30 You can use the AutoCorrect feature to correct typos and misspelled words, as well as to insert symbols and other pieces of text.
