Workshop Objectives Increase participant familiarity with the new IPPF service statistics To strengthen participants’ knowledge and skills in:  Tailoring the eIMS service statistics module to reflect the full scope of MA service output  How to classify MA services within the new service statistics system  Define actions for data collection/reporting on age data and IEC activities To improve Regional Office and Central Office understanding of data collection and reporting processes at the MA level

Workshop Process Step 1: Address data collection issues IEC, Items Provided, Age Step 2: Review data requirements and confusions around requirements and data entry Step 2: Prepare Master Tab Define universe of data you will report Map your service category to IPPFs new ones RO can disable categories irrelevant to your MA Step 3: Prepare Prep Tool for data entry Test if mapping worked Step 4: Generate reports of data entered
