DARSWeb 3.5 Advisor – How to Perform a “Waive Hours” Exception EXAMPLE The College of Food Agricultural and Environmental Sciences requires 19 hours over four sub- requirements (four courses) in the Arts & Humanities requirement. A transfer student has been approved to complete the requirement with 18 hours and four courses.

DARSWeb 3.5 Advisor – How to Perform a “Waive Hours” Exception HOW TO WAIVE HOURS Step 1. Select “Add Exception” from the Exceptions menu, THEN SELECT “Waive Hours” from the list. Step 2. Enter the Pseudo-Course and number of hours waived; then “SaveEdit”.
