3 Retail Market Subcommittee No Voting Items this Month RMGRR111 - Process Updates for the Request of Historical Usage Data via Smart Meter Texas Web Portal Describes new process for third parties to obtain 15-min historical usage via the SMT Establishes that 15-min historical usage data is not provided by TDUs in current LOA process for historical usage Pending design decisions by AMIT RMGRR113 - Updates to Standard Historical Usage Request Clarifies that an applicant at a new residence may authorize the TDU to release 12-mos of historical usage, despite not having lived in the premise during the past 12 mos. Being withdrawn by submitter due to PUCT Staff opposition

5 Retail Market Subcommittee Sharyland Transition to Competition Sharyland Transition Task Force (STTF) Define procedures to transition Sharyland's Stanton, Colorado City, Brady, and Celeste divisions into ERCOT on May 1, 2014 Customers that do not select a competitive REP will be allocated to default service REPs ~41,000 ESI IDs and ~18,000 customers Default REPs must complete EDI testing with ERCOT in either June 2013 or Oct 2013 flight test

6 Retail Market Subcommittee Sharyland Transition to Competition STTF Scope Statement – Approved by RMS In accordance with the Final Order in PUCT Docket No. 39592, Sharyland Transition Task Force (STTF) has been assembled to discuss, develop, and document processes that allow for seamless transition of the former NOIE Customers (inclusive of Brady, Celeste, Colorado City, and Stanton territories) into the competitive ERCOT Market. This entails transitioning Customers from Sharyland’s integrated utility to the Competitive Retailer of choice or Default REP and the loading or creation of the premise-based information within ERCOT systems to allow customer choice and settlement to work according to market rules and/or ERCOT Protocols.
