As a believer, I’m radically new 2 Corinthians 5:17 – Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has gone, the new has come!

United with him in his resurrection Romans 6:4 – Just as Christ was raised from the dead… we too may live a new life. Ephesians 1:18-20 – I pray… that you may know… his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is like the working of his mighty strength, which he exerted in Christ when he raised him from the dead

Engaging Christ’s power over my sin Action steps 1. Count yourselves dead to sin but alive to God = Think about it. Remember Christ’s resurrection power every time you’re tempted. 2. Don’t offer yourselves… to sin /Offer… to God = Consciously connect with God and tell him you are offering yourself at this moment to please him. Guiding Principles 1. Practice, Practice, Practice. 2. Grace, Grace, Grace.

Motivated by God’s Grace 2 Corinthians 5:14-15 – For the love of Christ controls us, having concluded this, that one died for all, therefore all died; 15 and He died for all, so that they who live might no longerlive for themselves, but for Him who died and rose again on their behalf.
