7 R EQUIRED UWMP C ODE C HANGES S INCE 2010 Code changes are summarized in Appendix C Quantify and report on distribution system water loss. See Appendix L. Demand Management Measures (DMM). Provide narratives describing their water Retailers and wholesalers to address the nature and extent of each water DMM implemented over the past 5 years Retailers to describe the water DMM planned to be implemented to achieve its water use targets If in full compliance with the CUWCC MOU, DMM requirements can be met with BMPs

8 R EQUIRED UWMP C ODE C HANGES S INCE 2010 CON ’ T Electronic Submittal is required for all plans and amendments. Standardized tables specified by DWR are to be used. Analyze and define water features that are artificially supplied with water, including ponds, lakes, waterfalls, and fountains (water use prohibitions), separately from swimming pools and spas. Submittal Date is Friday, July 1, 2016.

9 O PTIONAL UWMP C ODE C HANGES S INCE 2010 Water use projections may consider estimated future water savings use resulting from adopted codes, standards, ordinances, or transportation and land use plans, if available. See Appendix K. Energy use pertaining to the extraction, conveyance, treatment, etc, of water may be included. See Appendix O. Climate Change Vulnerability Assessment. See Appendix I.
