22. Take home messages…. Copernicus Land Services: HRLs – Quality is variable between layers and to a lesser extent spatially. – Imperviousness, forest and water layer are viable. – Grassland is poor and has been re-specified by EEA and the service providers. – Wetland has some issues and may be redefined. – European focus, but applicable at MS and below. – Consider them as support layers. – Opportunities to refine and enhance layers if sufficient user feedback. – HRLs will be launched in October 2015.
