Grammar: Using More/Most and Better/Best More – use to make the comparative form. ex. Reading is more exciting than math. Most – use to make the superlative form, usually use when an adjective is more than one syllable. ex. George Washington is the most famous president. Some modifiers form their comparative and superlative degrees irregularly. Better is used to make the comparative form. ex. Trisha is a better soccer player than Chris. Best is used to make the superlative form. ex. Alexis is the best baker in the family.
