3. About Porcupines They are nocturnal. They are mammals. They are rodents. They have sharp teeth. Porcupines have fur. There are 27 kinds of porcupines in the world. Porcupines hiss. They are excellent swimmers.

5. Where they live They live in desserts, grasslands, forest,trees and hollow logs and they can live for 18 years.

7. Food Baby Porcupines are too young to get food. The mom gets it for babies. Porcupines eat berries, plants, bark, and nuts.
