Visualizing Neuron Behavior in Dynamic Mouse Brain Networks Chihua Ma 4/9/2015
2
Motivation We collaborate with domain scientists from neuroscience and computational biology who use the approach of dynamic network analysis to study neurobiology data. Goals: To find critical individuals (neurons) and communities (a group of neurons with similar functions) in dynamic mouse brain networks. To understand how social interactions between neurons change over time. To discover how functional connections between neurons are related to their spatial layouts.
3
CommDy CommDy: a method of detecting dynamic communities Home Community: the community where the node belongs to; Temporary Community: the community that the node currently visits.
