Region 4-A is the first region in the country to implement the two-tiered wage system. WO No. IVA-15 was issued on 28 March 2012 and took effect on 15 May 2012. It sets the floor wage at P255 and grants a basic wage increase of P2 to P90 over a 5-year period.
