Political & Military wings Veto power in the Lebanese parliament; twelve seats in parliament (out of 128) and two cabinet ministers (out of 30). Therefore, the organization holds influence in both the Lebanese parliament and government. It has about 25,000 armed soldiers. Its militia is stronger than the Lebanese army.
