4. Commenting Process: Observations TAB comments are about the formal aspect of specifications – Other comments are more on the technical domain. Same specification quality problems keep coming up, in spite of more editorial resources. Comment disposition logs not adequately accessible/visible by membership. TCs with a substantial initial contribution to a specification were less likely to “accept” comments

5. Next steps for Specification Quality improvement Improve comment disposition visibility Need a more proactive editorial training/publicizing to TCs. Follow-up on TAB comments, (interaction with TCs, subsequent PRs…). Identify best remedial or preventive measures for each comment category
