Remembrance / Citizenship (strand 1) stimulate debate, reflection and cooperation on remembrance, Union integration and history 19 % of budget (42,6 m €) increase limited accessibility

Engagement / Participation (strand 2) develop citizens' understanding and capacity to participate in the Union policy making process develop opportunities for solidarity, societal engagement and volunteering at Union level 61 % of budget (139,45 m €) decrease decrease of funding for citizens’ meetings (-3 000) priority on town twinning networks (annual average: +70 projects funded)

Valorisation (horizontal action / strand 3) analysis, dissemination and valorisation of project results through internal and external activities in order to boost transferability of results covers projects within strands 1 and 2 10,5 % of budget ( 24 m €) solely the European Commission is eligible
