3. Mission: In partnership with BJH Pathology, prevent laboratory samples from leaking out of the medical campus How does WUPATH fit in? – Provides additional testing not currently offered by hospital laboratories

4. When to Order WUPATH Pathology: To be eligible to send to WUPATH for pathology: – Office visits only, and – Insurance stipulation to be sent to a reference laboratory

6. How to Order Paper Requisition: available on website: wupath.wustl.edu/requisitions

7. Sample Collection Collection Kits Available – Green formalin collection jars – Green sample transport bag with routing information – Place sample and Requisition in transport bag – Route through Access Courier

8. Results Available in Allscripts / Clindesk upon case sign-out Turnaround time: 1-2 days for simple cases, complex require additional time
