Aim: Changes in patients mobility and quality of life from the time of first treatment with Lucentis to 6 month after. Changes in fall risk in the period 6 month before the first treatment with Lucentis to the period 6 month after.

The title of the study that follows: How can a participatory rehabilitation service with focus on quality of life for patients with wet AMD be planned?

Aim: To investigate the perceived quality of life of the patients with wet AMD into the existing treatment and control context in Denmark To develop, intervene and investigate the importance of a participatory rehabilitation effort, which aims to preserve or enhance the quality of life of patients with wet AMD.

Quality of life in this context: The patient's subjective perception of how good or bad his life is in relation to the independence and meaningfullness.

Based on the aims the study will consist of two sub-studies: Substudy 1: qualitative interview study in which quality of life of Danes with wet AMD will be described. Subsequently this forms the basis for compiling a participatory rehabilitation services where independence and meaningfulness is the goal. Substudy 2: intervention study in which the new knowledge will be developed, prioritized and tested in practice.
