4 The steps in clearing the table 1.Ask if you could clear the table 2.Put an empty tray on the tray-stand 3.Remove the cutlery to the left of his dinner plate 4.Pick up the plate 5.Grip the cutlery firmly under your left thumb 6.Pick up the side plate and unused cutlery 7.Take all item to the tray on the tray stand 8.Clear the empty wine glasses from the place setting 9.Leave the water glasses and any filled wine glasses on the table Bina Nusantara University 4
