Think about your city and the environmental or social problems our society faces now or is likely to face in the future due to urbanization.
Urban planning is the process of organization that is used to take control of the city lands, and how are they designed, including transportation, communication networks, and protection.

Create a city that is prepared for rapid population growth.
Describes a bit about the city (location, population, characteristics, etc.) PRIOR TO BEING DEVELOPED, and the specific environmental or social problem it faces as it grows.
When creating your city, you need to address the following types of problems there will be when planning your city:

Bad Traffic
Homes
Jobs

15. Gallery Walk – 30 minutes
Your goal is to get to at least five different city plans
As you travel to different city plans, take notes on what they’ve done:
Identify three problems
At least one has to be one of the “extra” ones
Identify the solutions that the planners came up with
Mark whether or not you’d like to live in that city
Remember, you must choose one city to live in after this

Choose one city (not your own) that you think is well-planned
Write an extended paragraph about how they have planned for the potential problems of city growth.
Include all three problems you took notes on
Include their solutions
Include why you think each solution is a good idea
