Remember WASC? Who can tells us what WASC is and what the acronym stands for? Western Association of Schools & Colleges This is the agency that issues accreditations to all high schools in the Western United States. The WASC teams arrives in TWO weeks.

Last Week… We looked at our school poster and reviewed our school goals. Can someone share the four goals with the class please? Let’s review the goal poster one more time.
4
A Closer Look Select a volunteer to read the following from the goal poster on the next slide: Mission Statement Vision Statement School Mantras (Yes…we will review this poster each week. )

What’s Next? The team arrives April 7. 15 to 20 students will be randomly asked to join the WASC team for lunch in the library on Tuesday, April 9. If you are one of the students invited to lunch, you may accept or decline the invitation. This is strictly voluntary. Should you accept, the WASC team will give you a golden ticket which will serve as your pass to the library at the start of lunch. The team will speak with all the chosen students in a group setting during the lunch period. You get a free lunch; they ask you questions; you answer; you return to class when they have completed the meeting with you.
