People with asthma struggle with a situation when the airways tighten, inflame, or fill with mucus. Coughing- usually at night Wheezing Shortness of breath Chest tightness, pain, or pressure

The exact cause of Asthma is not known, but there are theories Inherited tendency to develop allergies (atopy) Certain respiratory infections during childhood Contact with airborne allergies Inflamed bronchial tube

Can be divided in to two category- Long term and short term Long-Term Control: Medications are taken daily to maintain equilibrium Short-Term Control: Medications are taken to achieve quick prompt reverse of an asthma Medications are usually injected orally or by inhalation

You cant really prevent Asthma for it is passed through genes. Meet healthy parent Take medications such as Chrolom and Nalcrom
