2. Are you are using the SSDT spreadsheet?  You can build your spreadsheet by running USASFF then copy and paste the data into the SSDT spreadsheet.  This might be the easiest option. We can review this in detail with those interested after this presentation.

3. Create a helpdesk ticket and attach your spreadsheet to the ticket. If the spreadsheet will not attach to the ticket send it by email. BUT PLEASE still create the helpdesk ticket for file tracking.

4.  ACCESS will:  FTP your spreadsheet to the Alpha  Reformat it for EMIS-R Processing  FTP the reformatted file to the EMIS-R server  Update your ticket to indicate that it is time for you to sign in to the EMIS-R software and initiate your collection

7. This is called a Manifest and you are starting a collection

8. SELECT DATA SOURCES FROM THE TOP MENU SELECT OTHER DATA SOURCES

9. Click Manage

10. Select the latest file Then go back to the collection request tab

11. Click start collection

18.  Your forecast should be posted to the ODE website the next day.
