Company plans “Donate Life Day at XYZ Company” We provide a wide variety of print and electronic communication tools for promotion On “Donate Life Day at XYZ” Free on-site changes to driver’s licenses to add donor designation Free stylish green “Donate Life” bracelets Emphasis is on the slogan – Wear Life Share Life – employees become advocates

Measurement Difficult to do Results don’t always seem impressive Learn what to measure although adding donor designation is important... measuring number of people who received the message is more important

Our Success 2005 Year to Date Added Donor Designation to 250 driver’s licenses Distributed 4000 green bracelets to advocates who just added or already have Donor Designation Brought our message of organ and tissue donation to 54,000 people through the Wear Life Share Life campaign

Tips to Remember Having money to spend on the program doesn’t mean automatic success Need to capitalize on every contact you have Board members Recipients Donor Family members OPO employees Get to the highest level in the company that you can They will say no – ask to come back to them in 6 months and then follow up!
