3. حاملين في الجسد كل حين اماتة الرب يسوع لكي تظهر حياة يسوع ايضا في جسدنا. لاننا نحن الاحياء نسلم دائما للموت من اجل يسوع لكي تظهر حياة يسوع ايضا في جسدنا المائت. اذا الموت يعمل فينا و لكن الحياة فيكم. (2كو 4 : 10 - 12) Always carrying about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our body. For we who live are always delivered to death for Jesus' sake, that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our mortal flesh. So then death is working in us, but life in you. (1 Co 4 : 10 – 12)

4. تقدمت المريمات بحُزن شديد... والظلام باقٍ وإكتشفن الفرح الأبدي... والنور الصادق The Mariams went mournfully … while it was still dark But they discovered the eternal joy … and The True Light

5. ركض بطرس ويوحنا بهلع نحو القبر ورجَعوا بفرح لا يُنطق به ومجيد Peter and John ran towards the tomb quickly with fear And they came back rejoicing with a joy that is inexpressible and full of glory

6. خرج تلميذي عمواس... للهرب من اورشليم ورجعا يركضان بفرح... المسيح قام The disciples of Emmaus left … escaping Jerusalem And they hurried back joyfully … saying Jesus Christ has risen

7. قضى التلاميذ الليل في صيد... بلا صيد وعند الفجر وجدوا سمكاً مشوياً أعده الرب The disciples spent the night fishing … but got no fish and by dawn time, they found broiled fish prepared by The Lord

8. نبدأ بالحُزن وننتهي بالفرح فلنحمل أجسادنا وأنفسنا وأرواحنا بإيمان الى القبر صارخين… We start by sorrow and end up joyful Let us carry our bodies, ourselves, and our souls to the tomb with faith rejoicing… From Father Daoud Lamie
