CPR There airway must be open for breathing to be restored. The airway may be blocked by food or some other foreign object. Rescue breathing is begun when a person isn't breathing. To perform rescue breathing by essentially forcing air into the lungs. Chest compressions can sometimes restore circulation. Two rescue breaths should be provided and followed immediately by cycles of 30 chest compressions and 2 rescue breaths.

Fire Prevention Install smoke detectors on every level of your office building and test every detector at least once a month. Fire extinguishers should be mounted in the 2 different places on each floor. Prepare a floor plan of your office and building showing at least two ways out of each office and four out of the building.

Performing First Aid There are also the “3 Ps” Preserve life, Prevent further injury, Promote recovery.Some professionals may also know the 4th ‘P’ - Protect yourself You should worry about the “3Bs”:Breathing,Bleeding, Bones. This means that any first aid should first seek to treat any problems with Breathing, before attempting to deal with a bleed or broken bone
