2 Online Tutoring – Simple Concept  In simple words it is just another version of one on one Teaching but utilizing the modern IT Technology;  This teaching is done via Internet, voice enabled chat room, e- mail and fully developed website,  All that the student would need a computer and access to Internet, to interact with his/her instructor;  Easy access, Learning at anytime and anywhere, convenient and cost effective; The student can study at his own time, at home or anywhere;  The students can be more interactive with teacher without being any shy or hesitation to ask questions to clarify their doubts;  Personalized curriculum based on individual assessment tests;  24 x 7 support, whenever help is needed to clarify doubts;  This concept can be taken to any where in the world (globally) and it has huge market potential;  In US market alone, revenues for tutoring companies is estimated to be at $20 million today, and industry experts are projecting it would reach $2Billion in 3 to 5 Years;

3 What is required for Online Tutoring?  Well designed Web Portal;  24 x 7 Access to Students Via Phone, Chat and Email;  Well prepared course material from 3 rd Level to 12 th Grade Level;  Assessment tests for all Grade levels; (3 – 12 th Grade);  Evaluation process and continuous monitoring of Students Performance;  A complete Career Path Program, designed to individual needs;  Complete report to Parents on Students performance and Recommendations;  Low Cost, Affordable one-on-one tutoring delivered right at home;

4 What I am looking for Investment  I am looking an investment of $150K in 2 phases, in first 6 months;  $75K in First Phase – 3Months;  $75K in Second Phase – 3Months;  I know it’s not easy to convince an(y) investor, he/she looks mainly what he/she gets out of this business (ROI) and what’s the guarantee….  Here I am explaining in plain terms, that I am looking a way to get support from some body (an investor) who can free-up me from my regular job, so that I can concentrate and put my efforts to take this business concept to next level; I believe in this and I am 100% positive, that I can see ‘ultimate success’ in this;  I my-self committed ‘full-time’ to involve into this, which is my primary bread-butter; All it decides my future, where I am going to be…….

Initial one-time expenses:  Web-Portal Readiness : $10K  Course Curriculum: $30K (3-12 th Grade);  Infrastructure & Travel: $10K (Marketing etc); On-going Running expenses: (After we have a crew of 50 faculty Members, serving 500 students;)  Software Crew Members:$10K/month; (5-6);  Faculty Crew Members:$03K/month; (for 10); Note : (10 faculty Members can cover 100 Students);  Managers (Academic/Technical)$02K/month; (for 3);  Administrative Expenses;$02K/month;  Maintenance & Utilities services:$01K/month;

6 Expenses …(Continued….)  Initial one time expenses : $50K investment;  Running Expenses :$18K; Say we have 500 students, 50 faculty each serving 10 students (24 x7), we will have revenues as explained below;  500students x 100 = $50000/month; - Total Revenue;  50 Faculty x $ 300 = $15,000/Month; - Expenses;  Administrative & Other expenses:= $10,000/month; - Expenses;  Net Profit after all expenses taken out : $25K/Month (For every 500 students), $50K/month for every 1000 Students; $0.6Million a Year;

7 What’s ROI (Return on Investment)  It Takes 3 Months to be ready with ‘Web-Portal’ – Development work;  On-line tutoring, can be made available to public, within 6 months;  Targeting minimum 100 Students a month (1000 to 1200 Students a Year);  The Student can enroll for 3months/or 6 months, for any subject he/she interested to excel; (Ex : Math, English, Sciences etc);  For each student it costs (Tuition Fee) $600 (Roughly $100/month), ($500 if the fee paid upfront in full);  In first 6 months, say if we have 500-600 students (At any given time after 6 months), the total revenue will be : 500 x $100 =$50,000/Month  In 1 Year, if we have students (1000 to 1200 Students), the total Revenue will be : 1000 x $100 = $100,000/Month;

8 ROI (Continued…..)  The first 2 years are very crucial to achieve the results; (I know it’s not easy to convince people but I am positive, I can achieve it making the product very qualitative and affordable;  I believe ‘Word of mouth’ an excellent source of marketing;  I would like to cover at least 4 zones, to take this product into market (NJ/NY/NC/VA/Chicago, Atlanta/California/Dallas) areas;  Once we are stable with our product, I would like to offer ‘Franchisee’ model, as marketing strategy to get into next level;  “Franchisee Fee” will be very less (similar to ‘Kumon’ model) and affordable to any enthusiastic entrepreneur, to take this online tutoring concept to public;  My goal is add each year 1000 Students, from across the Globe, who would like to excel in academic career;

9 ROI (Continued…..)  My goal is to have 5000 to 10,000 Students at any give time (I could achieve this within 5 to 6 years);  Once we reach 5000 Student goal, it will generate a revenue of 5000 Students x $100 = $500,000/Month (on average);  $6Million Revenues/Year; Definitely it’s an achievable target, only if we do the right thing in right direction;   I believe 2 things will decide the other key factor ‘Money’;  First one ‘Quality of Product’ – what we deliver’  Second one is ‘Customer Service – How we take care?  If above 2 things are moving in right direction, ‘Revenues’ will follow (flow) automatically;

10 ROI (Continued…..)  Net Profit after all expenses taken out : $25K/Month (For every 500 students), $50K/month for every 1000 Students; $0.6Million a Year;  My goal is to have 5000 Students in 5 Years (Which is a challenging task but achievable), if you can take this product across Globe USA, UK, Canada and some South American countries;  For Every 1000 Students, the profit will be 0.6Millons a Year;  After enrollment of 5000 Students (At any given time), the profit will be = $0.6M x 5 = $3.0 Millions / Year (it is recurring income and constantly growing as the number of student enrollments increases);

11 By Products out of this On-line Tutoring ….  Online Competitive Tests Open to Public; They can enroll online, take tests, Online results for a nominal fee, available across the nation;  Competitive ‘Science Exhibits’ and Math Talent tests for a nominal Fee and it’s a way appreciation with rewards/cash prizes to encourage the young kids; (It also helps promoting our on-line tutoring product);  We can also put some educational online products( Only few which are helpful to students) – Online marketable products;  The above are just by-products, to take ‘On-line’ Tutoring concept to next Level;
