3 【 Purpose 】 Just after CAS 3 months after CAS Stent diameter (SD):3.02mm SD:4.72mm Do stents spontaneously dilate after CAS?

4 【 Materials and Methods 】 We included in our analysis patients 1) who underwent elective CAS without post-CAS balloon dilatation from January 2012 to March 2014, 2) who underwent follow-up conventional angiography at 3 months after CAS. 【 Evaluation 】 1)Patients features 2)Measurement of stent diameter (SD) 3)Comparison of SD between at CAS and at 3M

12 【 Conclusion 】 ◯ Stents spontaneously dilated by about 10 to 20% without post-CAS balloon dilatation. ◯ Stent diameter at 3 months was wider in OP type. ◯ Dilatation rate at 3 months looked bigger in CL type.
