3 Physical General awareness of proper nutrition, exercise, and adequate sleep/rest. Focus on physical wellness can help to improve strength, increase energy, reduce health problems, and directly affects ones mental and emotional status.

4 Social Meaningful connections to family and friends, relationships and communication skills. Voluntary activities that can be invigorating, relaxing, rewarding, challenging, and unpredictable, and enjoyable.

5 Emotional Recognition of feelings, thoughts, and emotions. Ability to express feelings, thoughts, and emotions responsibly considering self and others.

6 Intellectual Ability to learn and grow from experience, use imagination, creativity, cultivate new skills and tools.

7 Exploring own spiritual beliefs and values and using to give meaning, structure, and direction to the events that occur in life. Development of higher self, purpose in life, inner peace, and a connectedness to the earth, others, and a supreme being or force within the universe. Spiritual

8 Occupational Includes training, volunteer opportunities, competitive employment, educational classes, career development, childrearing, homemaking, and any activity that provides opportunity for meaningful, productive, satisfying, and rewarding use of time.
