Lamentations 3:19-23 I remember my affliction and my wondering, the bitterness and the gall. I well remember them, and my soul is downcast within me. Yet this I call to mind and therefore I have hope: Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. It’s a New Day

It’s a New Day All these things may have happened BUT God is saying that it’s a new day!

It’s a New Day Lamentations 3:19-23 (Message) I’ll never forget the trouble, the utter lostness, the taste of ashes, the poison I’ve swallowed. I remember it all—oh, how well I remember— the feeling of hitting the bottom. But there’s one other thing I remember, and remembering, I keep a grip on hope: God’s loyal love couldn’t have run out, his merciful love couldn’t have dried up. They’re created new every morning. How great your faithfulness! I’m sticking with God (I say it over and over). He’s all I’ve got left.

It’s a New Day Focus on Christ this year Where’s your prayer life at? God wants more time with you It won’t be easy, there’s a sacrificial element

What do we do now? Make an intentional step of saying to yourself that it is a new day Spend more time with God, be open and honest with him! It’s a New Day
