Dominant Style Dominant- Seek and little tend to not respond to feedback yet discloses a great deal (highly confident in themselves and want to be the smartest person in the room)

Sociable Style Sociable-Limited disclosure but high feedback seeking (good listeners, seek out company of people)

Open Style Excessive disclosure, seeking feedback continually. Can make those around them uncomfortable. (Think of your aunt who wants to know everything that is going on in your life and wants you know about all her problems

Helpful Style Observations Disclose slowly Seek feedback and learn how to take tough feedback. Give feedback only when sought by others
