3 (WRTC 1/8/09) Information Gathered (to-date) (Very preliminary/draft) District of Columbia – Green Build-Out Model (LID plus) – Concepts/not costs (yet) Manassas, VA – 4 projects (DW, Dam, railroad, road) – $35 Million requested of $71 Million required Fairfax County, VA – Recommend use of existing CWSRF – but grants vs. loads – Various projects (LEED, WWTP, septic systems, stormwater mgmt.) – ~$200 Million DC-WASA, DC – Detailed analysis of needs (need 2% vs. 1%) – $1.5 Billion – Water – $1.3 Billion – Sewer – $2.0 Billion – CSO LTCP – $0.8 to $1.2 Billion – TN – Stimulus Pkg. (90-days) $283 Billion 260 Jobs WSSC, MD – Extensive documentation (but not extracted yet)
