The group will be invited to discuss the tools they use and why, the impact these tools have had on their business (both good and bad), and how they see the technology evolving over the coming years. Finally, we will discuss the impact social media has had or might have in enabling collaborative work sharing both within and external to organizational boundaries

What key features do you look for? For example:  Server side processing (publishing)  External access  Distributed architecture  Support for multiple CADD platforms  Integration with Windows features such as SharePoint and Active Directory  Workflows  Mobile access  Automatic File Naming
