5 What is the Process? 1. Introduction to Symposium 2. Brainstorm Ideas/Find Groups/Find Mentors/Find Topic 3. Research/Begin to highlight the Values and Universal Themes of the Topic 4. Organize Research 5. Student Data/Primary Source (optional for seventh grade) 6. Focus on Novelty 7. Work on Displays/Technology 8. Work on Presentation 9. 6 As a Parent, what do I need to do? Just make sure that your child is here by 4:00, on Thurs, May 22 nd. They will need to make sure that their projects are ready to go!
