3. 6. Communicate clearly 7. Keep cadets informed Plan your orders in advance of giving them. Answer questions clearly, or find clear answers to the questions. 4. 8. Take Personal Initiative 9. Improve on Personal Weakness and capitalize on strengths. Deal with problems before they happen. Be PROACTIVE rather than REACTIVE.
