2.  Police brutality is a civil rights violation.  You know police brutality is occurring when a police officer uses unnecessary force that endangers the life of a civilian.  Police officers are not allowed to force citizens to talk. You are allowed to exercise your fifth amendment.

3.  Every eight hours a citizen is killed by a police officer. 3 people are killed a day. 93 people are killed a month. 1,116 people are killed a year.  Cost in police misconduct to taxpayers $1,800,000,000.  There a 4,861 reports a year 6,613 cops involved 6,826 victims a year.

5. Trust level is dropping drastically when it come to law enforcement. Every time a footage is released of police taking advantage of their power, and not getting charged for it. Citizens lose trust.
