3. Round 1: 2050 Vision What Is the Intended Outcome? Identify what you are trying to achieve and why it is important. If you were to succeed at your goal(s), what would your campus & community look like in 2050? Think big! Physical campus, type of education, community culture, etc.

4. Round 2: Identify Challenges & Barriers How Can We Plan Better? Highlight where the major obstacles are, and think of challenges as opportunities. What are the major obstacles or challenges to you and your campus/group/program achieving this vision? What are the specific pieces of information or skills you currently lack? Is there a solution to filling these gaps?

5. Round 3: Partnerships & Planning Who Creates a Lasting Movement? Who do you need to include to ensure obstacles are overcome and your vision is achieved? Do you already have connections to this person/persons/groups? If not, how can you make them? What are the best strategies for engaging with them? What are the core partnerships you hope will arise from your actions? Who and what will ensure your vision is carried forward?
