If device fails before data is transferred to computer, it is just…gone  Main Idea: must be extremely careful when collecting data, and to get collected data into a preserved form

8. Use of Laptops and Netbooks Both Paper Surveys and PDA’s will require data transfer to a safe location. These Laptops or Netbooks will require necessary software (for PDA’s) or the proper electronic data entry form (for paper surveys)

9. Laptop Data Storage to Data Warehouse Once the data is cleaned on laptops or netbooks, the data will be transferred to FINCA HQ, where Research will normalise the data, and enter it into the FINCA Social Performance Data Warehouse.
