Brief Introduction Of System To design, develop and commission a web-based Hazard & Incident Reporting Tool Background: Gujarat Gas Company Limited (GGCL) currently has a legacy “Hazard & Incident Reporting Tool”. This is a legacy system. GGCL has a requirement of building a newer system that caters the latest requirements of the company. The new tool has to be built using the latest technical platform available from the line of Microsoft based technologies. The tool is to be used by all users of GGCL. It is managed by the HSSE department, which looks after the Health, Safety, Security and Environmental objectives of GGCL. The tool will be used to log and track all occurrences of hazards and incidents that happen at GGCL.  Introduction
