33 It is important to report all violations or suspected violations of the Code. Reports can be made to Human Resources, the Legal Department, the Ethics Officer, or directly to the Managing Director or CEO. Reports can be made anonymously.

34 Employees who report in good faith about improper or illegal activity may do so without fear of retribution, retaliation or punishment. Reports may be made to: Ethics@ImagicorpInc..com
