© 2013 Chevron Chevron Energy Solutions Offer for Jurupa USD CES assists in preparing Prop 39 application If funding is awarded – District agrees CES will build the project If no funding and no project – no fees for project development/application If funded and District chooses not to have CES build the project, then District would pay a predetermined fixed fee CES does not guarantee funding for this project 5
