3. Corporate Relations Committee  Liaison to Corporate Representative  Provides information regarding potential involvement  Solicits participation from Companies  Booths at Career Fair  Workshop Leads  Reception Sponsors  Conducting Interviews  Ensures companies complete necessary registration procedures

4. Public Relations Committee  Notify Local and National Schools regarding events  Call and Email School Representatives  Distribute Flyers  Post newspaper/magazine advertisements  Assist with booking Speakers and Workshop Leaders  Work with the Graphics Committee on Designs

5. Case Competition Committee  Work closely with LMI Representatives  Recruit at least 10 participating schools  Communicate with Team Representatives  Logistical Planning  Room Assignments  Hardware set-up

6. Brochure / Magazine Committee  Gather Agendas and Workshop Information  Organize Editorial Content  Write Company Profiles  Collect Executive and Student Profiles  Research Printing Vendors  Work with the Graphics Committee on Designs

7. Design / Graphics Committee  Website Design & Maintenance  Create Flyers  Hard Copies  Electronic  Design for and work with other MBAE Committees  Magazine Committee  Public Relations Committee

8. Day-of-Logistics Volunteers  Assist with Registration  Help with Set-up for various events  Taken on small errands when needed  Volunteers are needed each of the 2 days  You may work 1 or both days  You may work all or part of a day
