Annandale Public Schools Spring Sports/Activities Preseason Meeting Monday, February 29, 2016 8:45-9:30 PM at AHS Grades 7-12 Agenda 8:45-9:00 PM –General meeting in the auditorium (all sports/activities: grades 7-12) 9:00-9:30 PM –Individual sport/activity breakout meetings with the head coaches/advisors: HS Track- AHS Gym (north bleachers) MS Track- AHS Gym (south bleachers) Girls’ Golf- Health Room (Room #411) Boys’ Golf- AHS Gym (west bleachers) HS Softball- Choir Room MS Softball- AHS Media Center HS Baseball- AHS Auditorium MS Baseball- Robotics Room (Room #407 - Next to the Weight Room) NOTE: Trapshooting registration and informational meeting to take place at 6 PM at the conservation club on Mon, Feb 29.

3 Steps to Register* *new online registration 1.MSHSL brochure and emergency information (to be completed once per year) NEW THIS YEAR: Go to “Athletics/Activities” webpage to complete online (should take about 10 minutes) 2.Pay your athletics/activity fee online NEW THIS YEAR: Pay activity fee through Parent Portal (or by bringing in check/cash to the High School Office) 3.Up-to-date physical on file (expire after three years) 1.Up-to-date physical on file 2.MSHSL eligibility form signed and returned 3.Activity fee paid
